I haven't heard anything new for months now. It's a lot more complicated than this post, and it's all screwing up things for us the (potential) customers, but when litigation is fighting tooth and nail it can take a long time for it to be resolved. Some of this has been independently verified, others are, as far as I know, just claims by one side or the other. /thesinkingcity/status/1278724636923121664ğolks, the Sinking City is out now on EA Origin bit.ly/3eVmBJg All DLC, including Merciful Madness (previously exclusive to the Nintendo Switch) is also available as part of Deluxe Edition and as a separate purchase. The other side of the coin is that the publisher hasn't been upholding it's side of the contract, and has been violating IP laws by demanding the source code "or else", something that is not part of the contract, and when they couldn't get that, they started selling a cracked version, which they have no rights to, with the name of the Dev company erased from it. There are several writeups and even youtube videos on the subject. The steam version money goes to the Pubs who are the ones that paid 10 mill to make the game and the ones that tried putting the DLC hostages on Steam with the pirates copy before Devs made them remove it. Why give them the money when they're holding DLC hostage? Yeah but then ur giving money to the Devs which are the ones keeping the DLC off Steam in the first place.
